"We are always looking for new
subjects to use for special interest tapes. If you have a hobby, craft, or
skill that would look good on a video, get in contact with us. You might
have a chance to make a commission on the sale of your production and
become a star."
Family Events DVDs
We
make family albums consisting of slides or still pictures, on the screen
for a few seconds, all set to music. The most common use for these
is at weddings, but they are also used at reunions, business
presentations, graduations, and other events.
You Star Video
transfers old 8mm and 16mm film to DVD, set to music. Slides and
still pictures may also be mixed with the film. Narration may be
added, if desired. All of this is done at a reasonable price.
"How To" Training & Special
Interest DVDs
Another area of expertise is the taping of "how to" training DVDs and
special interest DVDs. We search for the person who has knowledge in
a certain field and put that knowledge on DVDs. That DVD is then
marketed through various methods. The contributing partner receives
40% of all sales.
Western Swing Music
For
five years, we taped the Western Swing Music Festival in Snyder, Texas.
You have the opportunity to shop through our inventory of good western
swing music of the Bob Wills' era. This music will be reproduced on
DVD in the future.
Duplication Service
Duplication of your personal tapes is another service we perform. We
duplicate DVDs and CDs. Please do not call us to duplicate
copyrighted material, as we will not do that.
Commercials
We
have produced commercials to be aired on television and cable. We
have had commercials running on SuddenLink Cable and on TV stations in
Abilene, San Angelo, and Midland/Odessa.
About Our Production
We
have the capability to edit a four camera shoot. Tommy runs one
camera and does all the editing work. Mary does all the computer
work and designs different covers for each event. Sometimes her
original poetry is included on the cover.
Our
cameras are two Sony Digital DSR250s. We edit by digital computer
and the finished master is on Digital DV Cam or DVD.
